Each year Walkin’ Pets sponsors a scholarship program to honor tomorrow’s miracle workers and their future impact on the veterinary community. The Walkin’ Pets scholarships support future pet care professionals committed to improving the lives of handicapable pets around the world.
A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to the doctoral student entering or currently enrolled in veterinary school in 2022. And a $500 Vet/Rehab Tech scholarship will be awarded for canine rehabilitation or veterinary tech students. Application period is open from February 1 – July 31, 2022, Scholarship recipients will be notified by Oct. 1, 2022. Scholarship applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited veterinary school to be eligible for the Future Miracle Workers Scholarship.
