AMHERST, NH (February 25, 2021) – Walkin’ Pets is pleased to announce that Jennifer Pratt has been promoted from Marketing & PR Manger to the position of Director of Marketing, Sales and Business Development. In her 5 years with the company Ms. Pratt has used her marketing expertise and influence to propel the Walkin’ Pets brand to heightened levels of awareness – on both a national and international scale. Ms. Pratt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keene State College. She has been instrumental to Walkin’ Pets becoming the proven leader in pet mobility in the industry.
To assist with Jennifer’s promotion, Chrissy Murray will be transitioning to the Marketing & Sales team. After joining Walkin’ Pets a year ago, Murray has been promoted from Customer Service Representative to Professional Sales and Marketing Specialist. Through her dedication and compassion to her customers, Ms. Murray has become an integral member of the team. In her new role, Murray will provide critical skills to support Walkin’ Pets with our strategic initiatives in both Marketing and Sales. Ms. Murray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
Additionally, effective April 1, 2021. Mark C. Robinson, President and Founder of Walkin’ Pets will transition into the role of CEO. As CEO, Mr. Robinson will continue to pursue the company mission, vision, and strategy for long-term business growth. Current Vice President of Operations, Kathy Conley will be promoted to President of Walkin’ Pets. With her background as a small business owner, Ms. Conley has dedicated the last fifteen years to growing Walkin’ Pets from a small startup to an international company that has improved mobility for over 1.5 million animals and counting. Ms. Conley attended Salem University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.
To assist with this transition, Courtney Lorch has been named Senior Manager of Operations, effective immediately. Courtney joined the Walkin’ Pets team last year and is already well on her way to creating a proven track record with regard to operations and logistics efficiencies. Ms. Lorch hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire.
