They can be worn indoors to help to keep your dog from slipping or splaying on slick surfaces, like tile or hardwood. Or outdoors, where the knit socks will keep your dog’s feet warm as the silicone waterproof sole protects your dog from wintry and icy conditions.
Easy to UseThe Walkin’ Traction Socks are easy to use and even easier to wear! Simply undo the top touch fastener strap, slide the sock on and up your dog’s leg. Once the sock is in position, wrap the touch fastener strap around the top of your dog’s leg. The strap will help to keep the sock from slipping down. If you choose not to use the top touch fastener strap, undo strap and unsnap from the back.
Once the socks are on all four legs, your dog is ready to go! The Walkin’ Traction Socks will help your dog move across the floor with confidence while protecting them from a slip and fall accident.
SizingThe Walkin’ Traction Socks are great for any size dog from toy to large breeds. To determine the correct size for your pet, you need one easy measurement, your dog’s paw width. To measure your dog’s paw, place their foot on a piece of paper, lightly press down on their foot to mimic how the foot spreads when walking. Mark the right and left side of the foot on the paper and measure the distance between the two marks.

My dog Jett’s hind legs don’t work very well (neurological) so he drags them a lot. What would be the best boots for when he is not in a wheelchair or harness?
Either the Traction socks or the All Weather Boots are great for indoor use. If you are looking for an indoor mobility solution for when Jett’s not in his wheelchair, I recommend the Walkin’ Scooter! It’s comfortable and he can be wear it for extended periods of time (and lie down in it!).
