In some cases large active dogs over 150 lbs may need a Reinforced Walkin' Wheels (tm) Dog Wheelchair. This involves adding an extra bolt to the cart frame. It makes the cart strong enough to handle a dog up to 250 pounds, but it also makes the length measurement of the dog more critical.

Without the reinforcement, thedog cart's length can be adjusted from 9 and 26 inches.

With the reinforcement, the side-rail will be cut to your dog's length and will only be able to adjust, if needed, by one inch longer or shorter.

If a larger adjustment is need, we will need to custom-cut new siderails for you at an additional cost of $59.00. If your measurements are off by more than an inch, or if you use the cart for another dog, a new set of siderails can be cut in the future for $59.00.

Reinforced carts can take up to two business days to ship. Therefore a reinforced cart, if next day shipping is requested, will take three days.
