Sometimes, your dog will need a wheelchair for only a short time (up to 45 days).

Our "Short-Time Use" dog wheelchair rental program allows you to get your dog in a wheelchair right away and get up to 50% of your money back when you return it within 45 days, with an small additional charge for each additional week. Although typical 'rentals' involve a deposit and a weekly charge, along with intensive contracts, this method allows the process to be simple and flexible.

Here's how:

1 - You'll order a dog wheelchair normally, at a cost of $399 - $550. When ordering, check the "Short Term Use" box. Your credit card will be charged the full price for the wheelchair.
2 - The wheelchair we send will come from our rentals, there may be a few scratches and some wear on the wheel, but it will be in perfect working condition.
3 - Within 45 days, call us for a "Short Term Use Return Materials Authorization." We will buy back the cart for 50% of the purchase price (less the harness and shipping). Additional weeks are charged at $20 per week.
4 - Return the cart and we'll credit your charge card or send you a check.

Q. What if the cart doesn't work or fit when I receive it?
A. Our Standard return policies apply. Call for a return authorization.

Q. What if I only need the cart for a week?
A. You will be refunded the 50% anytime in the 45 days. Same price for a week or a month.

Q. What if the cart gets broken while I have it?
A. Normal wear and tear is expected. If the cart is damaged there may be a small refurbishing fee deducted from your refund. If the dog wheelchair breaks due to manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.

Q. What if I don't return the cart within 45 days?
A. Some people choose to keep the cart ore re-sell the used cart on Ebay or on our free classifieds. Often they can get close to full price for the cart. This is OK.

Q. Can I return the harness?
A. No. For sanitary reasons we cannot accept used harnesses. They are always handy to have as a lifting harness and can be sold on our classifieds or Ebay.

Terms and Conditions:
By checking the "Short Term Use" box, you agree that the cart you receive may have a few scratches and dings on it. If you need to return it unused, our standard returns policy applies. You may call us within 45 days from when you received it for a "Short Term Use return materials authorization." Within 10 days from when we receive your cart we will send you 50% of the cost of the cart (less the harness, shipping, and refurbishing if damaged). Your credit will appear through your original method of payment.
