Custom Cart Policy


Custom carts are manufactured by our custom cart partner, K9 Wheelchairs.  K9 will make every effort to ship carts within 3-7 business days and accessories in 1-3.  Orders will be processed in the order they are received.  There is a  trial period for the carts, and if returned within 20 days a 65% refund of the cart cost will be given, unless the cart was predetermined as non-refundable (you will be informed of this when we take your payment information).  The cart must be returned clean, in new condition and free of all traces of the pet. Deductions will be made otherwise. If photos are provided, extensions to the trial period can be given.  A fee will be charged for cancellations made after cart construction has been started.  This applies if the cart is still in our shop or if it is in transit to you.  Shipping is never refunded.  K9 reserves the right to make any cart non-refundable and refuse service.  If it is determined that a cart will be non-refundable, K9  will call before proceeding with the order.
