Return Policy
If the item arrives damaged we'll replace it and deal with fedx, (we have very few damaged items). We may need your help with this. Please save all packaging materials.
If the pet will not
use the item, and the item is still 'new,' clean and resellable we will take it back
for a refund on the item price only, without shipping.

If you ship your item back to HandicappedPets.com, you will be responsible for shipping costs plus $20.00 handling to ship the product back to you or the manufacturer.
We cannot take back used items.
If the color is wrong, (ie. you wanted green
and we sent natural) we will exchange it. You've changed your mind, before using the product, and want a different color, we will exchange it, but you will need to cover all shipping charges.
