No Longer an Orphan, Annie the Goat is Back on Her Feet with Walkin' Wheels
The Walkin' Wheels for Handicapped Pets was designed to be the first fully adjustable wheelchair that can be easily changed in height, length and width to fit any size dog and to accommodate a range of mobility from partial or temporary to complete paralysis of the rear legs. Since the Walkin' Wheels was introduced to the pet industry in August 2008, it has already helped thousands of dogs regain their mobility and continue to lead happy, healthy, active lives. The Walkin' Wheels has also been used very successfully as a rehabilitative tool to assist many dogs in recovering from temporary loss of mobility.
Well, we are pleased to report that the Walkin' Wheels isn't just a dog wheelchair anymore. In addition to assisting a young deer named Rosie a few months ago, HandicappedPets.com has learned that young Annie, a nearly five month old goat, is also now using the Walkin' Wheels dog wheelchair. Annie's story was recently featured on the HandicappedPets.com blog, and we are continuing to follow her progress and hope that she will be fully rehabilitated and able to walk one day!
In fact, Annie has taken a few wobbly steps - another rehabilitation success thanks to Walkin' Wheels for Handicapped Pets - see Annie's first steps on her own.
