When we first introduced the veterinarian approved, adjustable Walkin Wheels™ dog wheelchair and made it easy to order online by taking a few simple measurements and using our exclusive cart wizard, we hoped it would provide years of happy, healthy life for handicapped pets. We were suprised to find a totally unexpected benefit. Because it can be reused again and again for different dogs, sometimes it is only needed for a few weeks during rehabilation and recovery.
We are proud to announce our short term wheelchair program for dogs who need the carts for two to six weeks. It's similar to a rental program, and less expensive because we guarantee to buy back the wheelchair for up to 50% of its cost.
How can we spread the word that handicapped pets can live happy healthy lives? It's called "Social Networking".

Tried everything to stop your pet's inappropriate licking or chewing? The Stop Lick Strip offers a solution. Simply place the adhesive strip on the area your pet is obsessively licking, chewing or biting.
The all natural ingredients on the Stop Lick Strip (listed on the site) will deter your pet from further aggravating the area. The strips can also be used as a training aid to keep your dog or cat from destructively chewing on household items.
Hot/Cold Pack for a Sore Dog.
Whether it be an aching back in need of heating pad or a nasty sprain that requires a cold compress, the Hot/Cold Therapy Wrap is just what the veterinarian ordered. This therapeutic wrap features a dual purpose gel insert that can be warmed in the microwave or chilled in the freezer depending upon your pet's needs.
The adjustable nylon wrap has Velcro® tabs for a comfortable fit, and a mesh pocket keeps the gel insert securely in place. To learn more about the Hot/Cold Therapy Wrap, Click here.
New Wheels Save Money.
Our 12" and 16" pneumatic tires were introduced to give stability to larger dogs. Unfortunately, though, they were expensive. We've introduced a less expensive, foam-filled wheel. These quality wheels, equipped with bearings, are an economical alternative. These are ideal for larger dogs who don't need the added traction of rubberized 'mountain bike style' tires. Available April 10.
HandicappedPets Foundation.
Our new foundation provides low or no-cost wheelchairs to animals in need. It's a place where you can help with your donations, no matter how small. Soon you'll see listings of dogs with proven needs for help and be able to donate. You can make a contribution online. Handicapped Pets Foundation is in process of applying for its 501(c)(3) tax exempt designation from the IRS.
