Our
baby CJ left us last night. He fought a valiant fight, but the time
had come to join the rest of his family who had gone over the Rainbow
Bridge before him. He missed his brother Bubba. They were best of friends
from the beginning and it never changed.
He will join his Mother, Missy and his Dad, CH Blujor's Delaware Detectove
CDX, his brothers, CH Balbeck's Badlands Bubba, Mickey, Little Red and
one unnamed brother, Uncle Corkee, as well as his sister Lizzie.

CJ had more heart than any dog I have ever seen. He was never in a bad
mood, took whatever silliness his sisters dished out, the entire time
maintaining that dead-pan expression that endeared him to everyone.
He was the quiet, silent type who really ruled in his pack. His overbite,
not so straight topline and the hitch in his "get-a-long"
kept him out of the show ring, but put him into the heart of anyone
who met him. His kisses were sparing and limited only to people he felt
worthy.
We miss you, CJ.

We will see you, Bubba

We lost Bubba
tonight.
He was my Champion, my Buddy, my baby and the last born of 8 beautiful
little Corgis. He was the biggest of all eight babies and the day he
was born, it was obvious he was going to be a champion. He was so big
that we named him Bubba as soon as he was born. What else could you
name him?
My baby will be sorely missed by his Daddy and Mommy, his Grandma Judy
and Grandpa Mike and Aunt Patty, as well as his sister Fergi and brother
Cj, who all loved him.
He is with his mother, Missy, his Uncle Corkee, his too soon lost brothers,
Little Red, his unnamed little brother, and Mickey who have all gone
before him over the Rainbow Bridge. |
