Thanks so much for taking the time to study the pictures. If you think it needs adjustments now, you should have seen it before I adjusted it. lol! I will make the adjustments tomorrow, & send more pictures.
When Kirby sees me grab the harness, he rocks back & forth like he knows or wants to get moving. I can't get over how much this animal likes this thing & evidently appreciates it. I did think the stirrups were too low & finally figured out how to adjust them after I sent the pictures, & we both thought the side extenders didn't look quite right.
He's doing great in the cart, but hopefully when we get it adjusted properly he will be able to move around even better. My husband thinks the wheelchair is the greatest too. It's so much fun & funny to watch him in it & so easy to get him in & out of. I'm sure everyone who buys these just raves over them, but I hope you will pass on to the powers that be, how satisfied we are with our purchase & the fabulous service (you).
