Terms and Conditions of Rental Users:

By checking the Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions of rental box below, you agree that the cart you receive may have a few scratches and dings on it. If you need to return it unused, our standard returns policy applies. You may call us within 45 days from when you received it for a "Rental Agreement return materials authorization." Within 10 days from when we receive your cart we will send you 50% of the cart cost (less shipping, and refurbishing if damaged). Your credit will appear through your original method of payment.

ALL requests for a rental cart MUST have a current rental agreement with the order (rental agreement MUST be the same date as the rental cart order whether placed online or by the phone).  Rental agreement will NOT be kept on file for 'future' orders.
