Scooter is a handicapped Chihuahua

This page was seen by Kathy Barton's 4th Grade Class in Velma, OK. They were so moved that they raised money for a cart for scooter. Read the story

I am the proud owner of a little guy named Scooter.

Scooter is a handicapped Chihuahua puppy. He is 8 weeks old today and will be a customer of yours for I hope a very long time. Scooter was born without front legs or feet, but otherwise very healthy, happy little guy. He is one of two in a first time mothers litter and his littermate is perfect in every way.

I have set up a website for him and included a PayPal contribution button so I will be able to pay for his cart when he is old enough. So far we are doing pretty good. We are about one third the way to having enough to pay for it. I have added your banner to the site to go along with the link I had all along. As you can see in Scooter's pictures he is a picture ham and is quite a handful. What I wanted to say with this email was just thanks for having a great site and company so that pets like my Scooter can live a more comfortable existence.

I am including the link to Scooters website. Enjoy and have a great day,

Alan Compton and Scooter

These are some pictures of Scooter in his new cart at the "Bark to the Park" event at one of our local parks. It was Scooters first outing in his cart and he did great. He got tired a few times so we would carry him and his cart for a bit. He was one of the most photographed pups at the event.

Everyone wanted to know where the cart was made and we made a point to tell everyone how to find Handicappedpets.com.

We even met another couple that owned a Doggon cart for their pup.

Thanks, Alan and Scooter
