Binky loves to be a fur scarf for Peppo!
Here's Binky, one of our adult cats at home, sleeping with Peppo. Binky (who is 10 years old now) was dropped on her head as a kitten and was completely paralyzed for several days. We had to force feed her, etc...she could barely hold her head up. She regained most of her functions...she just has one side of her face that is partially paralyzed and an eye that has some visual limitations (eye drops were administered during the paralysis but there was still some scarring)

As it gets colder outside even more of the little fur kids pile on!

This is a series of photos where Smokey Joe was sleeping on Peppo..then started to roll around and play..the final outcome was she just slid all the way down Peppo's flank.

This is one of our favorite photos...this is Peppo and Louigie

Here are some photos of Peppo playing with Sarah before she was old enough to be released back into the wild. They would play and wrestle like this several times a day.

Windmill Animal Rescue's goal is to help all types of animals in need, as resources allow. Wild animals are placed with licensed rehabilitators for care or released back into their natural habitat. The more traditionally domestic pets (such as cats, dogs, hamsters, etc.) are cared for by Windmill Animal Rescue. Windmill Animal Rescue works with several veterinarians in the area to supply proper medical care for these wonderful creatures.
