We would like to thank you once again for your prompt and efficient service.  We were astonished when the 9" wheel struts arrived on September 19th - so quick!

Since then we have been busy practicing and adjusting.  Boomer has been very cooperative, and has made great progress.  He seems to have it pretty well figured out.  (I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.)

We are very satisfied with your product and especially with your customer service.  In one week, we have seen how much this wheelchair has improved Boomer's quality of life.  We will definitely be spreading the good word to our friends and neighbors.  It is our hope that Boomer will be able to enjoy his new-found freedom for a while yet.
