The Buzz about HandicappedPets.com

Our community loves their animals, we love our customers, sometimes our customers say something nice about nice. Here at HandicappedPets.com we look at this page when the going gets a little rough!

Hi Kathy,

I checked my online bank statement, and although initially two charges showed up, now only one appears.  It looks like everything is fine.  I received the shipment yesterday and I am very satisfied with the product, as well as with your excellent customer service concerning this dilemma.

Thank you so much,

Sydney

Just wanted to thank you for your products and your sensitivity to older pets.  We laid our beloved old Major to rest last month.  74 lbs. of black lab. mix with lots of gentleness and kindness left to give.  But in the end he didn't even have the strength to give us a bark - even though he was never much of a barker to begin with.  But this last year was made so much easier by your products which gave him dignity as his hind legs began to go and other problems began to show themselves.  We all appreciated the "last leg" of his journey here, made better by your products.

Again, that you.  The Gilbert Family

I RECIVED MY PET STROLLER TODAY, AND I MUST SAY IT WAS EVEN BETTER THAN IT LOOKED IN THE PHOTO, THIS IS A WONDERFUL WAY TO GET THE PUPPY OUTSIDE WITHOUT FEAR OF IT GETTING INTO THE STREET. I TOOK HER FOR A RIDE AS SOON AS I GOT IT , AND HAD A FEW PEOPLE ASK WHERE I HAD PURCHASED THIS STROLLER , SO I PASSED ON YOUR WEB SIGHT! THANKS AGAIN THIS IS PERFECT FOR NOW AND FOR YEARS TO COME. I just have to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do. My dog Bobo suddenly can't walk on his back legs anymore. He never had good support back there to begin with. He has hydrocephalus. I was heartbroken when he suddently starting acting different and couldn't walk AT ALL on those legs. I found your website and I ordered the rear harness to help him get around outside so he can urinate and deficate w/o having to lay down. Until tody I've been having to help him while he is lying down and then I just clean him up, but it breaks my heart to see him struggle around so much. I just got my harness and used it today and it was as if my prayers were answered. He went both number 1 and number 2 immediately, so I know he was comfortable. The last few days I'd be out there a long time before I knew he was finished trying to go. This time we were outside for a minute and he was done, and no mess to clean up! He just seems so much happier   :)
I can't thank you enough. God bless all of you who work to make the lives of our loved ones who need some extra help that much better. This dog is my truly my first child, and I'd do anything for him. It is so nice to know there are others out there with the same amount of love and compassion towards these little angels.

God bless you all!

Dear Mark,

ALL of us thoroughly enjoyed you, your presentation and Scott's talk. Thank you so much. I am sure the children will take what they learned today, with them for the rest of their lives.

My personal thank you for responding to my email. It is so delightful to bring speakers in for the kids and, to have someone local with such innovative ideas,is spectacular.

Be warned.... I will want you to speak next year!!!

Sincerely,

Alice Mitchell

The only thing I can add to this is God bless you, your company, all the
great folks at HP and most of all Kathy and the Kids for making Scooter's
life much more fun. You are in our prayers always, Alan, Scooter and family

Hi Kathy,
Thanks for the quick response.  You have no idea how many businesses that advertise on the Net don't even bother to answer questions about their services and products.

Already checked with my conventional vet, and he feels that a brace might just promote further muscle atrophy.  He said that if Spike starts to collapse on both legs we can consider a cart.  We do also use a vet who practices conventional and alternative medicine.  I'll see whether he thinks a little chiro or acupuncture might help.

Thanks again.
Juanita
