Using the Steps
1) Open to its full length (it accordion folds to close).
2) Place the top platform on the rear of the vehicle, the bottom platform on the ground.
3) Set the angle of ascent/descent desired and secure the turn knobs.
Almost instinctively your dog is comfortable using these steps. Their stability, from base to vehicle entrance, is like walking on solid ground.

Will the Expanding Pet Steps work indoors?
The 5 step Pet Loader will reach 41 inch heights. The 5 step easily fits over " people steps" for the dogs comfort. We have 16 inch wide poly carb platforms and the 18 inch wide ABS plastic. The poly carb is lighter (34%) and a bit more compact. Our Expanding Pet Steps will work very well indoors. Couches, beds, chairs and perches on the window sill.
